Because Judicial Alchemy is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, communications with Judicial Alchemy are not attorney-client communications and may not be protected by attorney-client privilege or legal work-product protections.

Unless certified transcript service is included in the written agreement, transcript materials prepared by Judicial Alchemy are for organization, documentation, personal review, research support, and possible counsel review, and are not official certified court transcripts.
Judicial Alchemy treats accepted client materials and project communications as confidential service materials, subject to the written agreement. Judicial Alchemy does not sell, publish, or casually disclose client materials. Confidentiality may be limited by client consent, service providers needed to complete the work, payment processing, technical support, subpoenas, court orders, legal obligations, safety concerns, or other exceptions stated in the written agreement.
Confidentiality is not the same as attorney-client privilege.
