With more than 30 years of experience in insurance, risk management, claims, and complex contractual risk transfer, I bring a practical, real-world perspective to helping businesses understand and manage risk before it becomes a problem.

My background includes developing specialized insurance programs, structuring and reviewing OCIPs and CCIPs, analyzing insurance requirements, evaluating risk transfer provisions, and working closely with the contracts that determine who is responsible when something goes wrong.

Over the course of my career, I have helped organizations identify gaps, strengthen protections, and create clearer strategies for managing exposure. I work across the full construction ecosystem — from owners and general contractors to subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, installers, insurance teams, carriers, TPAs, and counsel.

Judicial Alchemy was created from the belief that risk, contracts, claims, and insurance do not have to feel confusing or disconnected. Too often, businesses sign agreements, accept insurance requirements, rely on standard language, or respond to claims without fully understanding how the pieces fit together. My work focuses on bringing clarity to those intersections.
